After calling many dumpster companies I decided to use Bin There Dump That for residential use. What a pleasure! The dumpster was clean, dropped off on time and provided more time on site then any other dumpster company for a better price. My driveway was protected with wood on drop off and swept clean at pick up. I will use them again in the very near future since the made the process so simple. Thank you for making it so simple.

I rented a 15 cubic yard dumpster from Bin There Dump That for residential home/garage clean out. I give my experience 5 stars; Customer Service was professional and responses were very timely. The Drop off and pick up dates were followed exactly. There were NO hidden fees. There was no damage to property. Communication on what was allowed to be included and what was not was very clear. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Moving my Mother-In-Law out of her house was a nerve wracking endeavor! Renting a dumpster with Bin There Dump That made the process so much easier. The drivers were prompt and polite, leaving no trace that they were even there after pick-up! The entire experience was effortless. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The bin was delivered promptly as promised and placed with extreme precision exactly where I wanted it. We have a tricky driveway and yet the driver got the bin down it perfectly. We filled it up sooner than expected and there was no problem in getting it picked up early. Great experience from a great company and people. we are definitely going to give them a call in the near future for another cleanup we'll be doing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I genuinely did not think any dumpster rental would be so inexpensive! I was also surprised that you get the dumpster for 10 days! I had reserved a dumpster at 10 PM and by 8 AM the next morning they had called me to work out the details! They would have delivered it THAT DAY but I did not need it until a certain time but they showed up the day I had asked for and earlier than expected which was amazing! * If you’re someone on a time crunch who is looking for a dumpster ASAP this is the business you want! A weird story with my dumpster, it was scheduled to be picked up on a weekend day accidentally so they allowed me to keep it through the weekend until Tuesday (July 4th weekend so no Monday pickup). Monday night I came home from a BBQ and something got into the dumpster. A complete out of the blue issue I did not expect.. I called Bin There Dump That THAT SECOND and they had a night time answering receptionist. I told her the story and she was incredibly understanding of the situation. She actually talked through calming me down because I now would be rushed for time and had no extra money to push off pickup. She wrote up a message to leave for the office so that someone could contact me in the morning. I was worried the dumpster would be gone before anyone saw that message and they would show up to see a huge mess everywhere. FIRST THING in the morning Jackie called me to make sure I was okay. She spoke to the pickup person to move my pickup until late as possible in the afternoon Tuesday to give me enough time to re-stack everything. 15 minutes later she had called back and said they understood the situation I was in trying scattering around to throw everything back in so it would all fit. They moved my pickup until the following day and I cannot thank them enough for allowing me to have the extra time to get everything back in order! ALL OF THIS MIND YOU WAS FREE OF CHARGE!! I had a certain budget for this project and couldn’t afford the extra day but they truly understood and it’s rare to find any kind of company who understands real world, out of your control issues! Today the dumpster is gone. The driver was concerned about my lawn because it had been here for some time and it did leave an impression. I’ve done A LOT WORSE to my own lawn and I genuinely did not mind that it was there (the grass is just dead from where it was sitting, it didn’t tear up the yard or ANYTHING). I reassured the incredibly nice pickup guy that there is nothing to worry about. Remember, I had it for an extra 5 days so I expected this. It can be there for the next ten years and I would only be reminded of truly empathetic people who run an amazing business. Again, I want to thank Bin There Dump That for being by far THE BEST BUSINESS for the entire North half of New Jersey! Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helped me understand the entire process. Bin there Dump That (the Northern NJ Location) was EXTREMELY patient, courteous, and helpful. They answered any and all questions in a timely manner. They coordinated with me, beforehand, where to leave the dumpster, and delivered it when I was at work, with no issues. I had the dumpster from 11/25-12/4. When a contractor had disposed of some products, without my knowledge, into the dumpster, a quick call to Jackie, and some research on her part, let me know if it was okay for them to remain there, or be removed. When a tree fell in the yard and we cut it up, another quick call to Jackie let us know that organic material and construction debris can’t be mixed, in Morris County. Great and consistent communication! The yard/driveway was protected with the wood they put down, and the pick-up was so quiet and seamless, I didn’t even know the truck had picked up the dumpster! It arrived magically, and disappeared, (as discussed in a call the day before) just as magically! I would easily recommend the Northern NJ, Bin there Dump that, to anyone for their high volume, disposal needs! Efficient, courteous, on-time, and easy to talk to, even around the holidays! If I left a message, I always got a call back. You can’t beat that!

When Grinnell got out of the dumpster business, they turned it over to Bin There Dump That. Although I thought it would be hard to improve on Grinnell, they have. Also, instead of the beat up traditional dumpsters, they have all new 10 & 20 cubic yard dumpsters. The 20 yard units are about 10 feet tall and about as long as the 10 yard ones. So if you have something super long to dump, you should call them in advance. These folks are super easy to work with and took special pains to drop off and pick up on a tight schedule. The driver was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.
